Legal information
These terms apply when you order branding and apparel from Brand It & Wear It.
Each package includes the number of concepts, revisions, and shirts listed on the Packages page, plus the digital brand/design asset for your approved design. Shirt Starter includes 1 concept, 1 revision, 1 shirt and the digital asset for $40. Brand Launch includes 2 concepts, 1 revision, 3 shirts and the digital asset for $95. Team Pack covers 6 or more shirts and is quoted individually before any payment.
You submit your business details and preferences, we create your concept, you provide one round of feedback using the revision included in your package, and you approve the final design. Additional concepts or revisions beyond your package can be arranged and quoted separately.
Shirt Starter and Brand Launch are paid in full at checkout through Stripe before concept work begins. Team Pack orders are quoted first and paid after you accept the quote. Prices are shown in US dollars; Stripe may present your local currency and available payment methods at checkout.
By submitting a business name, logo, image, or wording, you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to use it to create and produce your order. We may decline a request that appears to infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, or that we consider unlawful or offensive.
Once your order is paid in full, you may use your approved design and the digital asset we deliver for your own business, including on printed materials and online. We keep the right to show finished work as an example of our services unless you ask us not to.
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled as described on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
We work to deliver quality concepts and apparel, but we cannot guarantee business results. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
