What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you submit an order or quote request we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, your description of your business, your package selection, shirt sizes and quantities, color and style preferences, any notes you add, and any logo file you choose to upload. If you pay, Stripe collects your payment and billing details on its own secure checkout page — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information only to create your concepts, communicate with you about your order, produce and deliver your apparel, send order confirmations and updates, and keep records of completed orders.
We share only what is necessary with the providers that run this service: Stripe for payments, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner for production and delivery, our hosting and database provider for storing your order, and our email provider for order messages. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to us. They are used solely for your order unless you give us permission to show the finished work as an example.
Order records are kept while your order is active and afterwards for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Email brandnwearit@gmail.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in a region with additional data rights, such as the EU or UK, we will honor those requests.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments securely.
This service is intended for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
