How your order moves from concept to delivered apparel.
Every order begins with your concept work. After you place your order we review your business details and send your concept for review. You use the revision included in your package, then approve the final direction. Nothing is printed before you approve.
Approved designs are produced on demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production begins after approval, and we email you as soon as your order enters production.
Apparel ships directly from the production facility closest to your delivery address. Delivery times depend on your destination and the production facility handling your order. You receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
We accept orders from customers outside the United States where our fulfillment partner can produce and deliver to your address. Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and any import duties or taxes are determined by your destination country and are confirmed with you before production. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund your order in full.
The digital brand/design asset included with your package is delivered by email and does not depend on shipping.
